1. ZERO DATA COLLECTION ARCHITECTURE

Conductor OS is engineered strictly as a serverless, local tool utility. 

• Creative Prompts & Inputs: Any text descriptions, genre settings, mood variables, structural tokens, or tempo adjustments you input into the application are processed entirely on your local device. We do not transmit, view, log, or store your creative concepts or musical ideas on external servers.

• Lyrical Text Storage: All structured text arrangement outputs remain stored locally inside your application's sandboxed device environment until manually cleared or exported by the user.

2. LOG FILES & THIRD-PARTY TRACKING

We do not utilize any third-party analytics software, user behavior tracking cookies, or remote usage reporting frameworks within Conductor OS. Your production environment remains entirely private to you.

3. DIRECT GOOGLE PLAY BILLING INTEGRATION

Financial transactions, token tier top-ups, and active premium subscription tracking are processed directly and securely through the official native Google Play Billing API infrastructure. 

• Payment Processing: Cold Alley Kings Entertainment LLC does not collect, capture, or store your credit card details, banking credentials, or personal identity information. All transaction data is managed independently by Google's secure financial layout network according to the Google Play Terms of Service.

• Local Token Allocation: Once payment confirmation is declared by the native Google Play system, token values are credited directly to your local device file ledger.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY COMPLIANCE (COPPA)

Because Conductor OS collects zero personal data, zero location markers, and zero hardware identifiers from any user, the application is inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) standards and is safe for creators of all ages.
